For domestic buyers, you can choose the below delivery methods:-
Self-pick-up at our office in Penang;
Appoint our in-house or appointed service providers’ delivery service (Cost borne by the buyer);
The buyer can arrange for a 3rd party to collect on behalf such as carrier service providers, friends, relatives, etc. Therefore, if the buyer prefers to have the arrangement above, then the full information needs to be provided to us in advance or before we hand over the goods to the delegated person to avoid any mistransit.
Method a & c: You are required to make an appointment for collecting.
3. For foreign buyers, please contact our Customer Service before making a purchase.
Please also note that during major holidays/festive seasons, please allow us to have an extra 5-7 business days of processing time for your delivery arrangement.
